Warranty Coverage

Wink Optics San Anselmo (sunglasscity.com) is an authorized dealer of premium eyewear products. Wink Optics is not responsible for warranty repairs or defects of any non-customized, non-prescription eyewear products purchased from us. We will, however, gladly aid in obtaining the information necessary for you to contact and provide proof of purchase to the manufacturing company for any repairs or warrantees through the manufacturing company. Most companies have a one-year manufacturer defect warranty from date of purchase; determination of warranty is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Customized eyewear products, prescription or non-prescription, void the warranty from the original manufacture. 

Wink Optics San Anselmo takes pride in working with you and your eye doctor to resolve any issues with prescription lenses that you are not 100% satisfied with. Wink Optics San Anselmo is not responsible for prescription lens orders made using expired prescriptions, and such orders cannot be returned or refunded.
