Return and refund policy
Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery
We graciously accept returns as long as the return package is postmarked within a 15-day timeframe. To be eligible for a refund or return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Prescription eyewear, prescription lenses, custom-made "non-prescription" lenses and gift cards are not returnable or exchangeable. All sale items are final and not eligible for a return. Specialty items and special-ordered items may only be returned for partial refund. Call us at (415) 456-7297 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine the eligibility before mailing the product.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To return your product, mail your product including the original packaging to:

You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and if we do not, you will not receive a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the amount you paid will be refunded to the original credit card or Paypal account used. If for some reason the original tender cannot be used to issue the refund, a check will be sent to the billing address of the original purchaser within 7 days of the refund approval confirmation email.
All returns are subject to 10% restocking fee.
Haven't Received Your Refund Yet?
If you mailed your product and haven’t received a refund yet please do the following:
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
