HOW TO ORDER

1. Choose the brand of glasses you would like to peruse from the selection of manufacturer brands on the left hand menu.

2. Click on the particular glass that interests you to receive additional product information.

3. Use the pull-down menus to select your frame & lens choice and quantity for that particular glass.

4. Click on the shopping cart button to put your glass in your virtual shopping cart.

5. Repeat steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 until you have all the glasses that you would like to buy in your shopping cart.

6. To delete an item from the shopping cart, click on the check box to the left of the item in the shopping cart and click the update button.

7. Click the check out button to complete order process.

8. Please print out a copy of your order for future reference.

*If item you wish to order an item that is not normally carried in stock, a one time shipping rate will apply for transportation from the manufacturer warehouse to our location.

• All Oakley customers will receive free UPS ground shipping within the Continental United States
• We are sorry, but because of Oakley's policies we cannot sell the Oakley product outside of the United States.

IMPORTANT UPS INFORMATION

PO Boxes:
UPS does NOT deliver to PO BOXES, so please provide us with a physical address for your order.

APO Addresses:
UPS does NOT deliver to APO BOXES, so we will send our sunglasses via US Post Priority Mail. However, we have no way of tracing your package once it goes into the military mail service.

Hawaii:
Second–day packages will take 3–4 business days. Next day packages can take up to 2 working business days. Priority Mail will take 4–7 business days.

Alaska:
Second–day packages will take 3–4 business days. Next day packages can take up to 2 working business days. Ground packages will take up to 15 business days. Priority Mail will take 4–7 business days.

Orders placed before 2 p.m. Pacific time for items currently in stock will have same-day shipping.

If you order after 2 p.m. and the item is in stock, it will ship the next working week day.

UPS shipping days are working week days (business days), weekends are not included. The day of pick–up is not considered a shipping day.

UPS delivery times for residence addresses are by 7 p.m., and 5:30 p.m. for business addresses.

UPS Ground packages are not delivery time guaranteed, but businesses are. All 2nd day air packages are guaranteed for delivery time.
